For over 20 years I have been a holistic wellness practitioner. After healing my own health issues, I’ve been blessed to assist many others on their journey and the results have been remarkable!

I use many modalities in my sessions, but one of the most powerful is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). As a QHHT practitioner, I facilitate the process of you directly connecting to your inner healer. In doing so you may receive deep insights, guidance, and healing from a consciousness far beyond your everyday awareness. Some call it the subconscious, the higher self, or the over-soul, but know that it is you, connecting to your innate gift of self-healing through Source Energy.
I also offer many hands-on energy services including Reiki, Energy Medicine, Theta Healing/tapping, meditation, and aromatherapy. Healing your environment is just as important. I use space clearing and dowsing to help you create a nurturing atmosphere for your business or home. Many of these services are offered online, or from a distance.
